Refund policy
Our goal is to provide products that you love. However, if there was an error with your order or if you were dissatisfied with your coffee, we are here to help! We have a 30 day return policy on all products including coffee, latte blends, brewing equipment and merchandise. All items must be in original condition.
Please inspect your order once received and email us at help@holsemcoffee.com if any items are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and replace the item right away.
For questions regarding returns, or to request a return, simply email help@holsemcoffee.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply within 48 hours. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method minus a $10 flat fee for the cost of the shipping label.
